TOURNAMENT DATES

February 28 and March 1, 2009
Games start at approximately 8:00am Saturday and run through 4:00pm Sunday.

TOURNAMENT RULES

Tournament Rules.  Please distribute to all players, parents and coaches.  Coaches are responsible for educating their players and parents on tournament rules.

BRACKETING

The tournament reserves the right to re-bracket teams as deemed necessary to ensure even and fair brackets.  Premier level teams will be in the Gold Division.  Age brackets are usually set up so that Premier teams are place in the Gold bracket, Classic in Silver and Challenge and Developmental in Bronze.  We will utilize the Spring 2009 CYS League alignment for bracketing placement.

WHO CAN PLAY

The tournament has the following divisions:

Developmental:     U10 Boys & Girls Developmental (Recreational)

Advanced League: (Competitive):  U11 – U17 Boys, U18/19 Boys, U11 – U14 Girls, HS Girls (if adequate interest).   

Leagues:  US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer and AYSO Teams.

GUEST PLAYERS

Developmental Teams (U10) may have 3 guest players.  U11 - U18/19 Teams may have 4 guest players.  High School Girls teams will be exempt from the guest player rules. Guest players may not "play down" in levels - ie Premier Level Players may only play in the Gold Division for their age division.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration deadline is January 16, 2009.   The goal is to have 3 brackets (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) in each age division from U11 – 17 & 18/19 Boys and U11– U14 Girls, and 2 divisions in U10 Boys and U10 Girls.  If there is adequate interest we will have a High School Girls division.

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN

Friday Evening February 27, Site to be decided.    We will also have a “by mail” check-in that allows you to have your documentation pre-approved – and you will only need to pick up your approved roster and coaches packet Saturday morning.   Click Here for the Registration Forms Page.

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED

A list of Received Registrations. This does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament. A limited number of teams (approx 276) will be accepted on a first come basis.  Only even brackets will be created so get your registration in early to avoid missing out!

Schedules will be posted as soon as completed.  ALL SCHEDULES ARE PRELIMINARY - FINAL SCHEDULES ARE AVAILABLE AT CHECK-IN.
