SITE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
The site directors are vital
to the operation of the tournament.
They should work to share the work load with the Assistant Site
Director.
This
positions involves a 3 day commitment as someone will need to be at the site
the Friday before the tournament to oversee the setup of trailers, tents,
goals, nets, porta-pots. These
responsibilities can and should be shared with the Assistant Tournament
Director.
This
positions requires an organized person who can handle issues calmly as they
arise. Diplomacy is key! This is a very visible position among the
tournament participants and is an ambassador for both Pueblo and the Rangers.
This
is also vital role – as the workload of Site Director needs to be shared.

Assist director with
filling volunteer positions at the site.

Assist director with
field and site set up.
·
Assist director with
clarifying tournament rules and volunteer organization.
·
Assist Scorer with
Record yellow and/or red cards that were given during games.
·
Assist Referee Payout
with referee pay distribution for each game.
·
Basically just assist
with whatever is needed!
This
positions involves at least a 2 day commitment and works closely with the Site Director,
Referee Pay-out, and Scorer.
