T-SHIRT & RAFFLE SALES

Sell and market t-shirts, raffle tickets, pins, sweatshirts, and what ever else we decide to sell. Work with Site T-shirt coordinator to ensure enough product and cash to make change.

Keep products organized and well merchandised! Your goal is to sell t-shirts and stuff!

In the past we’ve utilized Ranger players to sell raffle tickets on the field with success. This is a great idea. We’re looking at having contests between the teams to increase raffle sales.

1^st crew of day gets product and puts it out on tables.

Last crew of the day packs up all remaining product into tubs and puts all money into respective money bag. These are to be turned over to the site t-shirt coordintor.

SITE SET UP

Friday

Assist Site Director in set-up of field, including (but not limited to)

· Set-up Goals, Nets, Signs

· Fill holes in fields with dirt

· Ensure fields are free of obstacles – mark sprinkler heads with bright paint.

· Hang vendor banners at the site

· Distribute tables and chairs to different tents

· Assist with setup of generators and heaters in the tents

· Touch up lines if necessary

SITE CLEAN UP

Sunday Afternoon:

· Take down goals, nets, corner flags, and field signs

· Stack tables, chairs from all tents into single place for pick up

· Move generators, heaters into single place for pickup .Roll up extension cords. (This can be done as soon as they are no longer needed on Sunday)

· Clean up trash and debris left on field. Move trash bags to dumpsters.

· Assist Site Directors in anyway they need!
